Return & Refund
If you purchased a product from us and are not happy with it, you may return it within 100 days of your purchase for a full refund*.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. The product must be in the same, like-new condition, packed in the original packaging with all included contents.
*The original shipping fee, if any, is not refunded.
To Initiate A Return:
- Contact - Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Return Order#(your order number)", please include your order number, name, and reason for the return within the email so our representatives can better locate your order to initiate the process. *Any packages sent without contacting us first will not be refunded.
- Repack - Make sure your item is in the same, like-new condition, packed in the original packaging with all included contents.
- Print & Ship - Once approved, an order-specific return label*(non-prepaid) will be sent to you through email.
Once you receive the label, please follow the instructions below:
- Print your return label and attach the label to the brown box in which you received the Coushy box with cushions. Cover or remove any old shipping labels. Do not stick any labels on the white box with the Coushy logo.
- Drop off the package at the carrier identified on the label. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
*Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost
- Refund - Once we've received and examined your returned items, we will send you a notice of refund and refund your purchase through your original payment method within 5~7 business days.
*Note: No refund will be provided if we receive the return with the damaged product or packaging, or if the original packaging is not included or damaged.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your return has been delivered and you still haven’t received a refund after 10 days, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number. A customer success representative will reply to you within 24 hours to help resolve this issue.
Final sale items (if applicable)
Items marked as final sale cannot be refunded.
If you receive a wrong item or a defective product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer success representative will reply to you within 24 hours to help resolve this issue.
*Note: The incorrect/defective product must be returned before the correct one can be dispatched. A free return label will be provided in this case only.
Any gift purchase return is treated as a standard return. Upon receipt of the returned item, you, the purchaser, will be refunded through your payment method in 5~7 business days.
