Return & Refund


If you purchased a product from us and are not happy with it, you may return it within 100 days of your purchase for a full refund*.

Please note that If you have not purchased "Free unlimited Returns" via Redo at the time of placing the order, the customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the return to us. The product must be in the same, like-new condition, packed in the original packaging with all included contents. The customer must use the Coushy return portal to make the return. We will not be liable for any refund if the customer uses their method to return the product. 

*The original shipping fee, if any, is not refunded.

  • Repack - Make sure your item is in the same, like-new condition, packed in the original packaging with all included contents.
  • Print & Ship - Once approved, an order-specific return label*(non-prepaid) will be available for you to print.

    Once you receive the label, please follow the instructions below:

    1. Print your return label and attach the label to any packaging of your choice, and put the cushion with its packaging in that box. Do not stick any labels to the blue drawstring bag with the Coushy logo.
    2. Drop off the package at the carrier identified on the label. 

    *Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost if you did not purchase "Free unlimited return" via Redo when placing the order.

    • Refund - Once we've received and examined your returned items, we will send you a refund notice and refund your purchase through your original payment method within 5~7 business days. 


    1. No refund will be provided if we receive the return with the damaged product or packaging or if the original packaging is not included or damaged. 

    2. Once the return is initiated, you must ship the return within 28 days as the return label will expire after that, and you will be required to restart the return process.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

    If your return has been delivered and you still haven’t received a refund after 10 days, please contact us at with your order number. A customer success representative will reply within 24 hours to help resolve this issue.


    Final sale items (if applicable) 

    Items marked as final sale cannot be refunded. 



    Any gift purchase return is treated as a standard return. Upon receipt of the returned item, you, the purchaser, will be refunded through your payment method in 5~7 business days.
