I find the cushion not too firm or too soft while using it. I use it for about 30 minutes at a time and I’m surprised it hasn’t lost its firmness, it’s like new every time I grab it. I also like that the case can come off and be washed if needed. Also one thing I did notice right away was that it doesn’t have any smell to it. Some items take weeks for the smell to diminish enough that it isn’t notable. All in all I’m totally satisfied and would recommend this to anyone who needs a little back relief now and then.
