Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Our current estimated transit times for orders going to the US(Contiguous USA) are 2 - 5 business days once shipped. Currently, we don't ship orders internationally. 

Note: Processing times can be longer during holiday seasons.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email or reach out directly at hello@coushy.com with the correct information within 30 minutes of placing an order. After 1 hour, we won't be able to change the details.

After your order is marked as shipped, we cannot guarantee a change of address and can not be held liable for any theft or delivery to the wrong address. 

Cancellation and Order Modification

We offer free cancellations on all orders if they're not marked as shipped. Once the order is shipped, we can not cancel it for a refund. It can be returned for a refund. If you need to cancel your order, email us at hello@coushy.com with the subject "CANCEL Order#" within 30 minutes of placing the order and our Customer Support team will be happy to assist you.

Please note all orders are processed through our warehouse as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, we cannot cancel or modify the order. If you still want to cancel your order after your order is processed, please refer to our Refunds and Exchange Policy 

Notes: 

1. There is no guarantee that your order will be delivered to your doorstep if you live in an apartment building. Our delivery partner may leave the parcel near the general mailbox area of your building.

Also, If you have provided a business address, the delivery may happen after hours. In both cases, it is the customer's responsibility to secure the package and we can't be held responsible for any lost or stolen package after the tracking confirms the delivery.
